We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support the company's overall finance and accounting functions.

Working Hours

10:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.

Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting financial documents.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.

Maintain accurate accounting records using Tally and other billing/accounting software.

Assist with monthly financial reporting and account closing.

Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Track outstanding payments and other account-related transactions.

Assist with financial data preparation and reporting as required.

Support other accounting and finance-related activities.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.

Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Hands-on experience with Tally and billing/accounting software.

Experience handling AP/AR, reconciliations, invoices, bills, and vouchers.

Good proficiency in MS Excel.

Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

Good organizational, documentation, and communication skills.

Ability to independently maintain financial records and meet deadlines.

Relevant educational background in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field preferred.
