We are looking for a result-driven Sales & Marketing Head to lead our dealer-based sales network, grow revenue, and expand our brand into new territories. You will own the sales targets, build strong dealer relationships, and shape how our products are marketed in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Order Generation & Sales

• Collect regular orders from dealers, distributors, and retailers
• Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Track order pipeline, dispatches, and outstanding payments
• Coordinate with production and logistics for timely delivery

Dealer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers through regular visits and calls
• Resolve dealer issues around pricing, supply, quality, and returns
• Run dealer schemes, incentives, and loyalty programs
• Ensure timely payment collection and manage credit limits

Territory Expansion

• Identify and research new markets, cities, and untapped regions
• Appoint new dealers, distributors, and channel partners
• Develop entry strategies for each new territory
• Map competitor presence, pricing, and market trends

Marketing & Brand Building

• Plan and execute marketing activities: in-store branding, displays, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
• Manage digital presence (social media, website, online marketplaces) directly or via an agency
• Participate in trade fairs and exhibitions
• Gather market feedback to guide new product designs and range planning

Team Leadership & Reporting

• Hire, train, and manage sales executives and field staff
• Set targets and review team performance
• Submit regular reports on sales, market feedback, and expenses to management
