The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting sales growth by conducting market research, analyzing trends, and building strong client networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research new properties and potential clients for business expansion
• Conduct market surveys to understand industry trends and competitor activities
• Generate leads and maintain an updated database of prospects
• Coordinate with the sales team to support business development strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, agents, and clients
• Prepare reports on market findings and business opportunities
• Visit field locations when required for data collection and verification

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or research (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Basic knowledge of the hospitality sector market (preferred)
• Good reporting and analytical skills
