Job Summary

The Sales Officer will be responsible for generating business opportunities, managing client relationships, promoting cybersecurity services, and supporting the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities and leads.
• Conduct client outreach, meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable cybersecurity solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
• Coordinate with technical teams for client requirements and solution demonstrations.
• Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Maintain and update sales pipelines and client records in CRM.
• Conduct basic market research and monitor industry trends.
• Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports.
• Support the achievement of assigned sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development; IT sector experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented with strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
