United Mission to Nepal (UMN) is an international development organisation committed to empowering people facing multiple marginalisations to transform their lives and move towards the fullness of life. In response to the Bhotekoshi flash flood, UMN invites applications from interested and qualified Nepali candidates for the positions mentioned below. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating, implementing, and monitoring recovery project activities.

The Finance Officer will manage various financial key functions including donor reporting, support to the recovery project staff, and partner organisation in financial management matters to ensure sound financial management within UMN Thapathali and among local partners.

Qualification and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in BBS, BBA, or an equivalent field.

At least three years of experience in accounting and financial management with an I/NGO.

Strong experience in computerised accounting systems and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.

Salaries and benefits will be according to UMN standards.
