Job Summary

Roadhouse is looking for a responsible, accurate, and customer-oriented Restaurant Cashier to handle billing, payments, and cashiering operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate transaction records and providing efficient service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the cashier counter in a friendly and professional manner.

• Accurately enter food and beverage orders into the POS system.

• Prepare and issue customer bills and receipts.

• Handle cash, card, QR, and other digital payments accurately.

• Manage the cash drawer and ensure sufficient change is available.

• Verify bills, discounts, offers, and promotional adjustments before processing payments.

• Maintain accurate records of daily sales and transactions.

• Reconcile cash and digital payments at the end of each shift.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum +2 or equivalent education.

• Previous experience as a Cashier, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality environment, is preferred.

• Knowledge of POS systems and digital payment methods.

• Good numerical and calculation skills.

• Good communication skills in Nepali and English.

• Friendly and customer-focused personality.
