We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as an Account/Office Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role will involve a combination of office tasks and basic accounting duties.

Responsibilities

Handle general office administrative duties including answering phones, responding to emails, and filing paperwork.

Process and record all incoming and outgoing bank transactions accurately.

Support the accounting department by entering financial data into the system.

Provide support to management and other staff members as required.

Requirements

Knowledge of basic accounting principles is preferred.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are mandatory for this position.
