Accountant

Job Description

• VAT / PAN Billing, Data entry (Sales, Purchase, Payment, Bank and other entries)
• To ensure checking & entry of all receipt, payment & journal voucher with proper supporting documents as per financial procedure.
• Perform bank reconciliation on a regular basis.
• Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles.
• To ensure proper documentation and filing.
• Chasing late payments, reporting bad and keeping a careful eye on the cash flow.
• Handle all transaction related to accounts.
• To check & disburse petty cash expenses & party/vendor payment.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the payment by the customers.

Job Specification

• Intermediate (+2) cleared
• Knowledge of operating Computer and Fluency in MS-OFFICE.
• Can work individually and as a team.
• A knowledge in Tally would be a plus
• Knowledge about travel and tour industry would be a plus
