We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be efficient, resourceful, and have excellent communication and time-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office operations and schedules

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records

Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations

Schedule meetings and appointments; take minutes when required

Assist with travel arrangements and event coordination

Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner

Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained

Requirements / Specification

Bachelor's degree in a  relevant field

Minimum 1 year of experience

Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques

A high degree of multitasking and time management capability

Integrity and professionalism

Proficiency in MS Office, Email, and the nternet
