We are looking for a capable and analytical Senior Finance Officer to join our Finance team who can effectively analyse financial data, coordinate with different teams, maintain reporting standards and provide meaningful financial insights to management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the preparation and consolidation of monthly financial and management reports.

Coordinate with finance teams of Branch to ensure accurate, timely, and standardized financial reporting.

Prepare and review Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, revenue, expense, cash flow and other financial reports.

Analyse financial performance, cost trends, profitability and Budget vs Actual results.

Develop and maintain standardized financial reporting formats, templates and reporting processes.

Review financial information, identify discrepancies and variances, and ensure timely corrective action.

Provide financial analysis and business insights to support management decision-making.

Coordinate effectively with senior stakeholders and finance teams to ensure strong financial reporting and control.

Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and other management reporting requirements.

Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, MBA/MBS Finance, CA Final or equivalent professional qualification will be preferred.

3-5 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis, preferably in a corporate environment.

Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.

Experience in multi-branch or multi-location organizations will be an advantage.
