We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage accounting operations for a medical equipment supply company. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of relevant experience, knowledge of accounting software, billing, taxation, and general accounting procedures. The candidate should be able to maintain accurate financial records and support the company’s day-to-day accounting activities.

Working Hours

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM,(Sunday to Friday)

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounting documents.

Prepare invoices, bills, receipts, and payment records.

Record daily financial transactions using accounting software.

Assist with tax calculations, tax documentation, and tax-related compliance.

Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Reconcile bank statements and verify financial transactions.

Maintain records of sales, purchases, expenses, and other transactions.

Assist in preparing financial statements and periodic accounting reports.

Organize and maintain accounting documents for reporting and auditing purposes.

Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all accounting activities.

Requirements

1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.

Knowledge of accounting software and billing systems.

Understanding of taxation, tax documentation, and general tax procedures.

Familiarity with bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial record management.

Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant computer applications.

Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.

Good attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
