Prerana, a national-level NGO established in 1998, is committed to promoting and protecting the rights of women, people with disabilities, economically disadvantaged groups, adolescent girls, and other marginalized communities. The organisation currently operates across Madhesh and Bagmati Provinces of Nepal in collaboration with national and international NGOs, as well as local, provincial, and federal governments and other key stakeholders.

Prerana, in partnership with CARE Nepal, is implementing the “UDAAN: Amplifying Girls’ Aspirations” Project in Sarlahi District, Madhesh Province. The project aims to improve access to quality education for out-of-school adolescent girls by addressing the social, economic, and other barriers that prevent them from enrolling in, continuing, and completing their education. Through accelerated learning opportunities, community engagement, and adolescent empowerment initiatives, the project seeks to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that enables girls to continue their education, strengthen their confidence, pursue their aspirations, and realise their full potential.

To ensure the effective implementation of the project, Prerana invites applications from qualified, experienced, self-motivated, and result-oriented Nepali citizens for the following positions based in Sarlahi District. The selected candidates will play a key role in supporting efforts to increase access to education for out-of-school adolescent girls and contribute to the overall success of the UDAAN: Amplifying Girls’ Education project.

Required Positions

Project Coordinator – 1 Position (Based at Field Office, Sarlahi)

MEAL Officer – 1 Position (Based at Field Office, Sarlahi)

Admin and Finance Officer – 1 Position (Based at Field Office, Sarlahi)

Field Supervisor – 3 Positions (Based at Palika Level)

UDAAN Facilitator (Female Only) – 19 Positions (Balara Municipality – 5; Parsa Rural Municipality –2; Ishworpur Municipality –7; Brahamapuri Rural Municipality –5)
