Universal Tours and Travels is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage daily financial operations, maintain accurate accounting records, and ensure timely financial reporting and compliance.

Maintain daily financial transactions, ledgers, vouchers, and invoices.

Manage accounts payable, receivable, and vendor settlements.

Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.

Prepare financial statements and management reports.

Handle VAT, TDS, tax documentation, and statutory compliance.

Coordinate with banks, auditors, vendors, and internal departments.

Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely reporting.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

Knowledge of Nepalese tax regulations and accounting practices.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Experience in the travel and tourism industry is an advantage.
