Maintain daily financial transactions, ledgers, and accounting records.

Handle sales, purchases, invoices, billing, and payment records.

Manage accounts payable and receivable.

Prepare bank reconciliation and cash flow statements.

Handle VAT, TDS, and tax-related documentation.

Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in financial statements.

Maintain inventory and stock-related accounting records.

Ensure proper documentation of vouchers, bills, and receipts.

Coordinate with banks, auditors, and relevant authorities.

Required Skills & Competencies

Mandatory

Practical knowledge and experience in Swastik Accounting Software.

Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Understanding of VAT, TDS, and Nepal's tax regulations.

Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.

Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
