Position Summary

The Accounts Head will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, revenue tracking, vendor payments, operational accounting, and maintaining accurate financial records related to amusement park operations.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain daily sales, revenue, and financial transaction records

Handle cash reconciliation and transaction verification

Monitor ticketing revenue and payment collections

Process vendor payments and operational expenses

Prepare financial reports, vouchers, ledgers, and accounting documents

Coordinate taxation, TDS, and statutory compliance documentation

Support payroll processing and employee financial records

Maintain inventory and expense tracking related to operations

Job Specification

Academic Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Experience Required

Minimum 2 years of accounting or finance experience

Skills Required

Knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel

Strong numerical, analytical, and reporting skills

Understanding of taxation and financial compliance

Attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping

Good organizational and time management skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and financial discipline
