Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Australian Mortgage Credit Analyst, based in Kathmandu. The individual will be responsible for assessing and analyzing creditworthiness, managing credit processes, and preparing financial reports. Daily tasks include evaluating loan applications, reviewing risk factors, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. Qualifications • Strong expertise in Credit Management and Credit Assessment processes• Proficiency in Finance principles and processes relevant to mortgage and loan analysis• Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating risk and financial data• Effective Communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders• Familiarity with Australian mortgage industry standards and regulations is an advantage• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field• Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities
