Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Having proven experience on cost estimation, rate analysis, BOQ, specification of work.
- Commanding skills in MS Office packages, tendering procedures and construction norms and laws and computational techniques.
- Knowledge of Auto-CAD, Land Development and structural design software.
- Should have knowledge in building construction, road, water supply and irrigation etc.
- Can perform the work under high pressure.
- Experience in preparation of GIS based Base Map or Urban Map.
- Good knowledge on preparing project proposal and reporting skills.
- Having in hand experience of development plans in different level.
- Must have experience on construction supervision, quality controlling, running/final bill preparation etc.
- Good knowledge of NBC and other codes and compliances.
- Good analytical mind with excellent problem solving ability.
