Job Overview

As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process of visualizing and producing graphics and videos – from concept development to final execution. Your work will help shape the visual identity across digital platforms, including websites, social media, posters, and video content.

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage client requirements from concept to design, print, and production.

Offering guidance on design style, format, production, and timelines.

Create and edit engaging video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling.

Develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for illustrations, company branding, websites, and marketing materials.

Use AI tools to generate design ideas, assist in content creation, and speed up design workflows.

Determine appropriate layout, typography, and visual hierarchy for digital and print content.

Review final outputs and suggest improvements as needed.

Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and visual consistency.

Conduct layout and design revisions based on team or user feedback.

Stay updated on design and video trends to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Qualifications and Education

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in graphic design and video creation/editing.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, etc.

Strong skills in video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar.

Familiarity with AI design and video tools.

Exceptional creativity, originality, and visual storytelling ability.

Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
