The first Lahaina Chicken Company opened in 1999 at the Ala Moana Center Makai Food Court.

Specialties include homestyle Roast Chicken and Rib-Eye Roast. Plump, five-pound chickens are seasoned with five secret spices, then roasted not broiled in a rotisserie.
