About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Email Handling / Marketing Assistant who can manage professional communication while supporting marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone who can handle emails efficiently and contribute to marketing execution and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

1.    Manage and respond to daily email communications in a timely and professional manner

2.    Draft clear, concise, and well-structured email responses

3.    Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and coordination via email

4.    Support marketing activities including campaign coordination and content execution

5.    Assist in social media posting, basic content updates, and campaign tracking

6.    Maintain records of communications, leads, and marketing activities

7.    Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow

What We’re Looking For

1.    Bachelor’s Degree Completed

2.    0–2 years of experience in email handling, marketing support, or similar role

3.    Strong written communication and email drafting skills

4.    Basic understanding of marketing concepts and digital platforms

5.    Good attention to detail and organizational skills

6.    Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

7.    Self-driven, responsible, and eager to learn and grow

Important Requirements (Strictly Mandatory)

1.    Candidate must have completed a bachelor’s degree

2.    Must be available for onsite work

3.    Must be flexible to work as per UK time requirements
