Job Description

  • Receive and answer telephone calls politely and professionally, take messages and forward it to the concerned staff members accurately and immediately
  • Manage the front desk by providing friendly, polite and efficient interface between the company and visitors
  • Maintain a clean and tidy reception area by complying with policy and procedures of the company
  • Log and Maintain outgoing and incoming letter and forward to the concerned personnel
  • Any other responsibility as assigned by the Management

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 1 year of experience
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office, Fluency in written & spoken English
  • Pleasing personality, good listener with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently & manage priorities
