Job Description
- Receive and answer telephone calls politely and professionally, take messages and forward it to the concerned staff members accurately and immediately
- Manage the front desk by providing friendly, polite and efficient interface between the company and visitors
- Maintain a clean and tidy reception area by complying with policy and procedures of the company
- Log and Maintain outgoing and incoming letter and forward to the concerned personnel
- Any other responsibility as assigned by the Management

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 1 year of experience
- Sound knowledge of MS Office, Fluency in written & spoken English
- Pleasing personality, good listener with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently & manage priorities
