Job Description
- Define sales target, set financial goals for the area and execute programs
- Monitor sales operations and ensure that sales targets are met
- Build strong relationship with agents in the specified territory
- Promote Khalti in the specified area
- Dealer and Channel Management
- Create a strong agent network in the specified area leading to increase in transactions and sales
- Develop training programs designed to help the sales representatives improve their techniques
- Manage sales force within the specified territory
