Head of Insurance Sales

Job Specification

• In-Depth knowledge of endowment, Term, and microfinance products
• Master’s degree (preferably in management)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills
• Excellent leadership skills
• Excellent customer relation skills
• Good knowledge of the Fintech industry

Job Description

• Set up, manage, and operate insurance vertical in the organization
• Formulate business targets related to insurance
• Coordinate with Life and Non Life Insurances for Product Design, Agency Management, and Digitization of Insurance business
• Formulate strategies for increasing sales, provide feedback and develop marketing campaigns
• Lead the Insurance Sales team in the organization
• Drive the sales force with target-based KPIs and ensure achievement of the same
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for technical integration of Insurances in the organization’s system and vice versa
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies and ensure that compliance is being met

Note: Experience: 5 years in Insurance Business (preferably Life insurance)
