What are we looking for?

• We are looking for 7+ years’ experience HR Manager for cement division to oversee all staff related procedures and craft HR strategies in alignment with our corporate needs.
• Role includes recruiting and training new hires, managing employee data and taking steps to retain our human assets.
• Good knowledge of labor legislation and experience hiring employees.
• Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee, hearing and resolving employee grievances, and counseling employees and supervisors.
• Possesses strong planning, execution and multitasking skills and demonstrated ability to reprioritize accordingly. Must be able to manage quickly changing priorities while meeting deadlines.
