𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

Minimum Bachelor degree with more than one year experience in Human Resource
In-depth knowledge of labor law, employment relations, wages and remuneration, health and safety, social security, etc.
Coordinate with respective HR head for preparation of annual HR Budget of the respective unit comprising manpower cost training, cost engagement and welfare, HR activities and admin related cost, etc.
Coordinated with talent management team, prepare organogram, perform end to end recruitment for corporate through vendors, portals and job posting and manage the daily recruitment and resignation tracker.
Excellent, interpersonal negotiation, conflict, resolution, skills, strong analytical, and problem-solving skills, ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail etc.
