𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Minimum Bachelor degree with more than one year experience in Human Resource
• In-depth knowledge of labor law, employment relations, wages and remuneration, health and safety, social security, etc.
• Coordinate with respective HR head for preparation of annual HR Budget of the respective unit comprising manpower cost training, cost engagement and welfare, HR activities and admin related cost, etc.
• Coordinated with talent management team, prepare organogram, perform end to end recruitment for corporate through vendors, portals and job posting and manage the daily recruitment and resignation tracker.
• Excellent, interpersonal negotiation, conflict, resolution, skills, strong analytical, and problem-solving skills, ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail etc.
