What are we looking for?

• On the basis of organogram perform end to end recruitment for Corporate through Vendors, portals and job posting and manage the daily recruitment and resignation tracker.
• Process HR data and payroll/HRIS entries, appraisal and reports in a timely manner and in compliance with established practices; maintain up to date documentation.
• Prepare MOR and HR audit coordination with external and internal auditors.
• Indepth knowledge of labour law, employment relations, wages and remunerations, health and safety, social security etc
• Minimum bachelor degree holder with minimum 5+ years’ experience in human resource
