Front Desk Executive
Job Description:
- Perfect communication skills
- Competent on both English and Nepali typing
- Positive attitude with good gratitude appearances
- Answer questions and address complaints
- Answer all Incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Receive letters, packages, etc. and distribute them
- Check, sort and forward emails
- Keep updated records and files
- Take up other duties as assigned and maintain order of meetings of senior executives
- Be able to work in Multifaceted workplace
Admin Assistant
Job Description:
- Support day to day activities of various functions for administrative jobs
- Carry out tasks set out as directed and determined by the Finance and Operations Officer
- Support the team with general office duties including, but not limited to, receiving and directing visitors, data entry, filling and coordination
- Assist the team members on general office management and provide admin support as and when required.
- Assist up-to-date documentation within organization
- Assist EMBA program and MDC Activities
- Organize and archive the documents
- Work with various flagship events and their proper arrangements
- Assist with both internal and external audits
- Ensure an integrity of the information, communications and documentation
- Provide support in Logistic coordination and communication
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor degree in any discipline
