Job description

• Dispatch of outgoing products
• Receipt of incoming products
• Ensure standards are maintained across each shift
• Report any issues that need escalation within the team
• Invoice Preparation In ERP
• Preparation & Checking of gate pass
• Checking of invoices & Bills of Entry as per the requirement under excise rules & regulations.
• Preparing of Dispatch Report.

Skills/attributes required

• Strong understanding of the whole process
• Strong  Computer & data entry skills
• Proactive, highly motivated, and flexible
• Highly organized & Attention to detail

Qualifications/experience required

• Bachelor / Masters Preferred
• 1 – 3 years of Experience Preferred

Job Location: Factory, Mirchaiya, Siraha, Nepal
