Main responsibility areas:
- Authorize POSes to increase Nell product market coverage
- Developing the channel quality strategy to ensure it meets the business requirements and customer deliverables
- Implementing and monitoring all channel quality parameters to achieve overall quality targets at various channel levels.
- Visit POSes on a periodic basis for product availability, awareness and visibility audit purpose
- Prepare the visit reports, plans for necessary actions and follows up the implementation
- Makes analysis of channel quality to identify opportunities and plans for necessary action for improvement
- Make the analysis of the sales reports and present the results.
- Handling the queries regarding the issues related with the channel.
- Monitoring dealers/distributors / chain stores / region sales targets and follow up for Regions
- Analysis and monitoring of competitors activity
- Executes other instructions of the direct management within his/her competence
- Assistance to Regional Unit Head
Qualification and experience:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in management or other relevant disciplines
- Preference will be given to candidate having relevant experience in developing channel sales strategy which includes but not limited to planning routes for sales call to POS; analyzing own and competitors’ products in the market and their sales; forecasting demands; supervising sales manpower for various sales-related activities.
- Should be able to convince POS to ensure all required activities in the interest of Ncell which includes but not limited to maintaining required stock; visibility of products; pushing Ncell’s products, etc.
- Should be able to go to the assigned market most of the time and perform required sales activities.
