Job description:

• Handle all transactions related to accounts
• Maintain daily accounts in accounting software.
• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts and document business accounts.
• Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients
• Maintain  financial database
• Resolve accounting discrepancies
• Prepare invoice
• Reporting – Prepare daily, weekly/monthly closing and cost accounting reports

Job specification:

• Bachelor Completed
• 1-3 years experience
