JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Contribute and develop, marketing plans and strategies.
- Prepare proposals and agreements with clients.
- Develop new business growth strategy by identifying and connecting with new business clients in specific categories.
- Focus on customer retention and satisfaction, and negotiate for the business interests.
- Should be able to go around target areas to market the brand.
- Should be able to deliver the objectives of the aim.
- Provide recommendations for improvement of digital initiatives through competitive analysis, research and analysis of web analytics
- Work with internal stakeholders to align on campaign timing and delivery
- Develop, execute and manage leveraging email and social media.
- Should be able to work in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines and priorities.
- Create brand recognition Create and manage marketing templates for new business opportunities
JOB SPECIFICATION:
- 1-2 years of experience in related field.
- Creative and high energy personality able to offer dynamic and exciting opportunities to the Group.
- Excellent sales skills.
- Excellent IT skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- The ability to work on own initiative.
- Excellent understanding of selling and creating packages for potential clients.
- Should have valid two wheeler driving license.
- Experience in electrical products sales will be added advantage.
