Job Location: Baluwatar, Kathmandu.
Job Description:
- Gather, manage, and prioritize market/customer requirements.
- Identify new prospects and clients who might benefit from the company’s products or services and enhance client potential in designated areas.
- Understand the customer requirements and approach them with customization in the product/ services as per their needs.
- Develop long-term relationships with customers, through managing and interpreting their requirements.
- Monitor the industry competitors, new products, and market conditions.
- Ensure proper servicing and after-sales support to clients.
- Recommend changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Job Specification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ IT/ Related field.
- Knowledge of IT technical product and solution.
- Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and capable of handling work pressure.
- Proactive with strong learning attitude and behavior.
