Major Roles and Responsibilities:

• Must identify and clarify customer queries via phone/mail/social media/SMS and provide solutions or alternatives
• Must meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative target
• Must follow up lead prospects and convert them into confirmed bookings through outbound calls
• Must take feedback from our existing subscribers regarding our services through outbound calls
