A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but youβll mostly be
Designing and delivering impactful training programs to enhance team performance, guest service, and adherence to brand standards.
Monitoring departmental training plans, guest feedback (like Guest Love and HeartBeat scores), and conducting quality audits to identify improvement areas.
Partnering with department heads to tailor learning initiatives, support onboarding, and drive continuous development through structured coaching and feedback.
Managing training resources, including the training library and IHG programs, to ensure consistent access to learning tools for all team members.
Collaborating with leadership to align training strategies with hotel goals, improve team engagement, and foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
What We need from you
Bachelorβs degree in Hospitality, Human Resources, Education, or a related field, with at least 4β6 years of experience in training, learning & development, or quality assurance within the hospitality industry
Strong understanding of hotel operations, service standards, and performance improvement practices
Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills with a passion for people development
Ability to analyze data (e.g., guest feedback, audit results) and translate insights into effective training and quality initiatives
Proficiency in using learning management systems, presentation tools, and Microsoft Office; knowledge of IHG training platforms is a plus
