ï‚• Experience in the Cement Industry is preferred; candidates with at least 1+ year of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance or operations are encouraged to apply.ï‚• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment including crushers, kilns, mills, conveyors, and packing machines.ï‚• Monitor equipment performance and ensure optimal functioning to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.ï‚• Diagnose mechanical faults and implement timely corrective actions.ï‚• Coordinate with production and electrical teams to ensure seamless plant operations.ï‚• Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and documentation as per company standards.ï‚• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, standard operating procedures, and industry best practices.ï‚• Assist in installation, commissioning, and upgrading of mechanical systems and equipment.ï‚• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components.ï‚• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance and reduce operational costs.
