Develop and execute national sales strategies aligned with business objectives
Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Lead, mentor, and manage regional and area sales teams
Expand and strengthen distribution channels (distributors, wholesalers, retailers)
Ensure product availability, visibility, and market penetration
Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities (urban and rural)
Manage key accounts including retail chains, hotels, and major distributors
Collaborate with marketing for campaigns, promotions, and product launches
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management
Ensure compliance with company policies and smooth operational coordination
β Job Requirements
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
7β12+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in FMCG or beverage industry
Proven experience in leading large sales teams at a national level
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Excellent analytical and strategic planning abilities
Ability to manage distribution networks and key accounts effectively
Willingness to travel frequently across regions
