• CRM Management & Data Strategy• Maintain accuracy, security, and cleanliness of customer database (OMS/ERP)• Develop targeted email/SMS campaigns based on customer behavior• Analyze campaign performance and share actionable insights• Lead CRM training for showroom staff to ensure proper data entry• Event Coordination & Execution• Plan and execute showroom launches, promotions, and brand events• Manage vendors (catering, branding, AV, agencies) within budget• Oversee on-site event execution and ensure brand standards• Prepare and track event budgets and post-event reportsRequirements• Bachelor’s degree (BCA / BBA / BBS)• 2 years of experience in retail, marketing or CRM roles• Valid two-wheeler driving license with personal vehicle
