Job Purpose(Summary of R&R):
Sales Supervisor will be responsible for the primary area that has been designated by JTI Nepal and CG. She/he will be supervising & coaching her/his assigned Sales Reps in achieving their KPI targets. She/he must ensure that all Sales Reps achieve daily outlet coverage targets, call frequency, distribution, visibility by product, and credit outstanding. She/he is responsible for identifying new potential retail outlets to be visited by her/his Sales Reps, structuring Sales Rep route plans, monitoring outlets execution compliance according to cycle tasks, and providing regular feedback on offtake, retail activity, outlet pricing & competitors activity to Area Sales Manager.
Key Responsibility Area (KRA):
Objective Setting:
• Establish Sales Rep monthly targets on volume, coverage and KPI
• Provide Sales Rep daily ADO, Credit Outstanding, Program Implementation Plan and ensure action plan are being implemented according to agreed timeline
• Collaborate and work with ASM and FME to establish territory objectives and execution plans
Coverage:
• Establish effective and efficient territory management of each SR
• Identify and prioritize key areas/ward where to build coverage and distribution
• Collaborate and work with ASM and FME to establish territory objectives and execution plans
Performance:
• Ensure KPIs achievement on sales volume, distribution maintenance & expansion and Trade Program implementation
• Ensures highly motivated team and regularly assess Sales Rep performance thru field coaching and trade audit (20 outlets/day)
• Analyze Daily Activity Form and monitor team performance based from available TME data
• Provide Market Intelligence and Competitor Activities that could affect sales performance
• Responsible in maintaining the Integrity of TME Data
Trade Relationship:
• Establish, maintain and leverage good relationship with Key Retailers to maximize value for both CG/JTI and key outlets
• Regularly monitor top and key outlets (outlets that contribute 60% of total territory volume performance) on a monthly basis and recommend to ASM and FME sell out activities to drive sales volume growth
• Assist Sales Rep in the trade by convincing and influencing difficult customers and assist in making inactive outlets to active
Sub- Dealer:
• Coordinate with Sub-d owner and ASM regarding primary sales needed to achieve secondary sales target
• Follow up Sub-d payment to CG
• Ensure credit sales in the market are being collected and reconciled accordingly
Company Asset:
• Manage, track and allocate POSM to Sales Rep as per needed according to marketing activities
• Monitor and control Sales Rep Display fee payment for POSM deployed and ensures that display fees are being paid by on a monthly basis
• Responsible to protect TME devices and other IT resources
