Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Creative Designer with a strong foundation in corporate design and brand development. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of visual storytelling, and the ability to lead creative projects from concept to execution. This role also requires someone proficient in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and creativity, with strong prompting skills. Excellent communication in both Nepali and English is essential, along with the ability to manage a team and collaborate with clients and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the conceptualisation and execution of creative design projects aligned with brand strategy

Develop and maintain strong, consistent brand identities across all platforms and materials

Design high-quality corporate materials, including presentations, marketing collateral, digital assets, and product-related creatives

Utilise AI tools to streamline design workflows, generate concepts, and improve efficiency

Write effective prompts to maximise output quality from AI design tools

Oversee and guide the creative team, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery

Coordinate with clients, internal stakeholders, and external vendors for design and production requirements

Ensure all designs meet high standards of accuracy, aesthetics, and attention to detail

Stay updated with industry trends, tools, AI advancements, and best practices in design and branding

Job Specification

Bachelor’s degree (or Diploma) in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field

4–7+ years of experience in creative design, preferably in a corporate environment

Strong portfolio showcasing branding and corporate design projects

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant software

Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., generative design tools, image/video AI, content tools) to enhance creative workflows

Strong prompting skills and ability to integrate AI into day-to-day design tasks

Excellent communication skills in both Nepali and English (written and verbal)

Proven leadership and team management experience

Experience working with clients and vendors for design and production coordination

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles

Experience with tools like Figma or Adobe XD

Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing tools
