Senior Machine Learning Engineer

MetaCloud Solutions is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to build scalable and efficient AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

Architect, develop, and maintain scalable AI chatbot systems using state-of-the-art NLP and machine learning technologies.

Integrate pre-trained language models or develop custom models to enhance chatbot capabilities.

Work with large datasets, performing data preprocessing, feature engineering, and augmentation.

Train and fine-tune models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

Deploy machine learning models into production environments using cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and MLOps best practices.

Monitor and evaluate model performance, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI models into business applications.

Implement A/B testing and experiment tracking to improve model outcomes.

Stay up to date with the latest AI/ML research and emerging technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.

Strong proficiency in Python.

4+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on AI, NLP, or chatbot development.

Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (PyTorch) and NLP libraries (e.g., SpaCy, NLTK).

Familiarity with chatbot platforms such as Dialogflow, Rasa.

Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and mathematical concepts (linear algebra,
