Job Description

The Project Manager at IFC leads planning and execution of projects, ensuring timely

delivery within scope and budget. They coordinate cross-functional teams, manage

resources, and address risks to achieve project objectives. The role ensures smooth

communication with stakeholders and maintains project quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within defined scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Lead, guide, and coordinate cross-functional teams by assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment with project objectives.

Develop comprehensive project plans, define milestones, allocate resources effectively, and adjust strategies as needed to meet project goals.

Identify potential risks and challenges, proactively implement mitigation strategies, and resolve issues to maintain project quality and compliance.

Prepare and present detailed project status reports, updates, and analyses to management, stakeholders, and clients.

Ensure adherence to IFC processes, policies, client requirements, and organizational standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Foster effective communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.

Coordinate with external vendors, clients, and other departments to ensure resources, timelines, and deliverables are effectively managed.

Monitor project performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and outcomes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management or related field.

Proven experience in project management or similar role.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams effectively.

Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.

Experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.

Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
