Job Description
We are looking for candidates who can join our company as ticketing staff. As a ticketing staff, you will be
responsible for answering phone, booking ticket or hotel reservation for
customers by GDS system.

Provide ticketing for customer
and making every component of a trip as seamless as possible

Listen and guide the
conversation to solve problems in a timely manner with all types of customers
in all circumstances
·
Be responsive to customer’s
needs and issue resolution with excellent communication and follow up
Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience
in this role·
Knowledge and experience of
all aspects of the Sabre or Galileo or Amadeus·
Excellent customer service
skills·
Experience in Issue,
Reissue and EMD
