DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS:

Responsibilities:
As a Sales Officer, you will undergo intensive training program and once you are ready you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead Management: Managing leads sourced from digital marketing channels, employing effective communication and sales strategies to convert them into successful sales, all while maintaining a strong understanding of the product and collaborating with cross-functional teams for a seamless customer experience.
- Identifying New Clients: Proactively seek out potential clients in the industry segments we serve through cold calling and research.
- Client Engagement: Follow up with prospective clients, build relationships, and guide them through the sales process, including setting up meetings, providing demonstrations, and addressing inquiries.
- Needs Assessment: Understand clients’ knowledge of our products, their buying plans, and budget constraints. Analyze their organization structure to identify key decision-makers.
- Product Knowledge: Develop expertise in our product offerings through knowledge gained during in-house training sessions.
- Quotation and Documentation: Prepare and send price quotations based on client requirements. Maintain a comprehensive database of all client communications and activities in the sales CRM.
- Technical and Commercial Support: Provide clients with detailed technical and commercial information related to our products and the market.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Passion in business development or sales, ideally in the technology solutions sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical product details.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
- Familiarity with the products offered by Raj Trading Concern
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
