Green Development Bank Ltd., a regional level development bank invites application from highly motivated, dynamic and result oriented Nepalese citizens for the following positions.

1. Position Title: Trainee Assistant/ Junior Assistant(Pokhara Branch)

This is the entry-level position. The candidate is required to work in different departments and will be responsible to immediate supervisor.

Key requirement:

• Candidate must have +2 (Bachelor degree in management will be preferred).
• Should have basic computer knowledge.

2. Position Title: Head – Microfinance Department

Person in this position shall be responsible for lending monitoring and recovery of loans under deprived sector from head office as well as different branches of the bank.

Key requirement:

• Should have a Bachelor degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance or Economics.
• Should have banking experience of at least 4 years including 2 years as head of the microfinance department.
• Should have the capacity to formulate and implement the policy for lending of microfinance loans, develop products.
• Should have good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

3. Position Title: Manager/ Senior Manager

The person in this position will be working as the head of the department and shall be responsible for overall business growth.

Key requirement:

• Should have Master’s degree n Management, Business Administration, Finance or Economics.
• Should have banking experience of at least 5 years including 3 years of experience in business handling
• Should have the capacity to formulate and implement marketing strategies for business growth.
• Should have good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

4. Position Title: Assistant General Manager

The person in this position shall look after overall banking operation and shall support CEO in formulation and implementation of strategies for overall business growth and banking operations, in coordination with Department Heads.

Key requirement:

• Should have Master’s degree In Management. Business Administration, Finance or Economics or should be a Chartered Accountant
• Should have banking experience of at least 8 years including 5 years of experience at the managerial position.
• Should have excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skill with knowledge of all departments of the bank
• Should have knowledge of all regulatory requirements of the bank as per related Acts and Directories
