1. Regional Manager for Pokhara Region
This is a higher level position and the candidate is expected to ensure the achievement of financial targets in the applicable region and implement the sectors strategy in line with the overall strategy and parameters set by the bank.
Work Experience: Candidates should have at least 10 years banking experience with at least 5 years in Managerial Level
Qualification: Master’s Degree in Management or equivalent
2. Branch Managers (Asst. Manager/Dy. Manager) (Pokhara & Kathmandu Region)
Work Experience: Candidates should have at least 7 years banking experience with at least three years experience as Branch Manager
Qualification: Master’s Degree in Management or equivalent
Behavioural Competences:
- Good Communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Able to work and contribute in a team and be flexible.
- Ability to lead the branch team smoothly.
Note: Candidates applying for the above position should not exceed 40 years of age as on October 03, 2018. Position shall be negotiable for qualified and eligible candidates commensurable with their experience and expertise.
