Senior Accountant

Job Responsibilities:

• Filling in Monthly VAT & Excise report.
• Maintain proper Book Keeping, stock reports, Income & Expenditure entries.
• Filing vouchers, good received and various paper-work
• Scrutinizing & Recording in Customer’s Claim deductions
• Assist in Production planning & Raw Material Ordering
• Accounting software entries.
• Preparation of supporting documents & Vouchers.
• Making TT/LC & cooperating with Bank.
• Prepare memos, letters and other correspondences as & when required.
• Undertake other administrative and financial tasks as required.
• Monthly Bank, Customer & Vendor Reconciliation.
