We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and versatile Operations Assistant Cum All-Rounder to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating between the factory, management, showroom, suppliers, and other stakeholders while supporting production, procurement, logistics, administration, documentation, and general business operations.

The candidate should be organized, energetic, capable of multitasking, and willing to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate factory production and ensure timely execution of orders.

Manage material requirements and monitor inventory levels.

Coordinate product deliveries and logistics arrangements.

Follow up with suppliers for timely procurement and delivery of materials.

Coordinate between management, factory, showroom, suppliers, and other relevant parties.

Handle general office administration and documentation.

Maintain operational records, files, and prepare regular reports.

Monitor pending tasks and follow up to ensure timely completion.

Assist in content creation and coordinate with the marketing team when required.

Support daily business operations and help resolve operational issues.

Assist in various tasks related to production, procurement, logistics, administration, and business operations as required.

Perform other duties assigned by management.
