Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter/X, and YouTube.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, graphics, and captions.
• Develop social media strategies to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams for content development.
• Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to improve content performance.
• Respond to messages, comments, and customer inquiries professionally and on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, IT, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, or a similar role.
• Experience working in an IT company.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital trends.
• Basic knowledge of graphic designing and video editing tools will be an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
