Job Summary

The Assistant Warehouse Manager supports the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, dispatch, and housekeeping. The role involves supervising warehouse staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, enforcing safety procedures, and helping achieve operational and customer-service targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching goods.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels.

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff and assign daily tasks.

• Ensure proper stock arrangement, handling, and warehouse safety standards.

• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and coordinate with logistics, suppliers, and other departments.

• Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.

• Prepare and maintain warehouse reports, stock reports, and related documentation.

• Support the Warehouse Manager in improving warehouse efficiency and operational processes.
